This years goal is to earn the Arrow of Light and cross over into a Boy Scout Troop

Here is a list of Den 5 activities already completed since September and scheduled to be during the next several months.

9/11/02	Arrow of Light (AOL) requirements; Boy Scout Oath, Law, Slogan, Motto. Discussed achievements so far and plan for the AOL.
9/25/02	Den hike along the Lehigh River, satisfying an AOL requirement.
10/02/02	WEBELOS meeting with local Boy Scout Troops, First Presbyterian Church.
10/09/02	Den meeting: Starting Athlete Activity Badge items 1,3-7. To be completed when item 2, Physical Fitness Sports Pin, complete. Assign homework for next meeting to complete Pin next meeting.
10/16/02	Den Meeting: Complete Physical Fitness Sports Pin requirements, thus completing Athlete Activity Badge.

 

November-January Dates to be announced. Focus on Completing Arrow of Light Requirements, to include visiting a Boy Scout Troop meeting possibly combined with an outdoor activity, learn about the Scout Uniform, Badge, and Square knot.
Complete the Citizen Badge for those who have not yet done so.
